You can purchase a Day Pass directly at our counter upon arrival during operating hours (9:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Monday to Sunday).
Can I bring hobby projects like Gundam assembly or sticker cutting?
How do I claim the Student or Homestay Guest discount?
Simply flash a valid Student ID or your VCR Homestay booking reference at the counter to enjoy the discounted RM20 Day Pass or RM200 Monthly Pass.
How do I pay at the counter?
We accept cash, TNG, and bank transfer.
Can I bring my own outside food (dapao) to eat?
Yes, you are welcome to bring outside food and drinks!
We just kindly ask that you keep the workspace tidy and avoid bringing overly strong-smelling foods out of courtesy to others.
Is the Day Pass valid for a single entry or all-day re-entry?
Your Day Pass is valid for the entire operating day, so feel free to head out for lunch, run errands, and come back as many times as you need.
Do you have meeting rooms or private event spaces for hire in Ipoh?
Our tables and chairs are very flexible you can arrange it according to your needs.
What are the charges for private event space rental?
9am to 7pm for RM20 per pax.
7.30pm to 11.30pm for RM10 per pax, min RM80.
How many people can the event space fit?
For hands-on workshops requiring individual desk setups, it fits up to 16 pax.
