THE PROCESS
What happens once you reach out to us about managing your property unit for Airbnb?
Within 2 days, we’ll schedule a FREE phone consultation to address any doubts you may have.
After the consultation, in another 2 days, we’ll assess market rates and average occupancy for nearby units.
Within 1 week, we’ll inspect the property’s condition and send you an interior styling/renovation quotation.
The timeline for getting the unit ready depends on the scope of work, typically ranging from 1 week to a few months.
Once the unit is ready, we’ll take professional photos and list it on booking platforms and our social media.
By the 10th of the following month, we’ll provide a monthly statement and transfer the rental income to your account.
